This is one-on-one coaching for mid-career professionals recovering from burnout who are ready to figure out what comes next.

We meet every two weeks for six months. That's twelve sessions. Enough time to do real work without rushing it. Enough structure to create momentum without locking you into someone else's timeline.


Who this is for

You're recovering from burnout. Not in crisis, but in transition. You've stepped away from the life that burned you out, and now you're figuring out what you actually want to build.

You don't need a five-step plan or a motivational push. You need space to think clearly, permission to move at your own pace, and someone who's been where you are and can help you hear what you already know.

This works if:

  • You're mid-career and tired of performing certainty you don't feel

  • You're done with "bouncing back" to a life that wasn't working

  • You're ready to explore what a life worth waking up to actually looks like for you

  • You want coaching, not therapy (if you're in crisis or need clinical support, I'll help you find the right resources)


How I work

We start with a discovery call. This is a conversation, not a sales pitch. We'll talk about where you are, what you're looking for, and whether this is a fit. No pressure. No obligation.

If we decide to move forward, we meet bi-weekly over six months. Each session is yours - your questions, your pace, your priorities. I don't hand you a workbook or a roadmap. I help you figure out what you need and trust yourself enough to act on it.

Between sessions, you live your life. There's no mandatory homework, no workbook to complete, no assignments to check off. But if something feels worth exploring or trying - a question, a pattern, a small experiment - we can identify that together. Some clients want action steps. Some don't. The pace and structure are yours.


What makes this different

No formulas. Your recovery didn't follow a script. Your next chapter won't either.

No arbitrary timelines. "Six months to clarity" is nonsense. We work together for six months because that's enough time to do meaningful work. But the pace inside that time is yours.

No borrowed "shoulds." A lot of what you've been carrying - the expectations, the metrics, the definitions of forward progress - might not actually be yours. Part of this work is figuring out what is.

Your body is a signal system, not an obstacle. Burnout taught you that. We build from there.
