Introduction

I am committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how I collect, use, share, and safeguard the information you provide when interacting with our coaching services, whether through our website, email, phone calls, or video sessions.

Information I Collect

  • Personal Details:

    Name, email address, phone number, contact address, and any other information you voluntarily provide during the initial contact, scheduling process, or coaching sessions.

  • Session Information:

    Notes taken during coaching sessions, topics discussed, goals set, progress updates, and any other relevant details to provide personalized coaching, are kept in the strictest confidence and will only be used to improve my coaching skills. With your permission before to each session, I may use Zoom tools to record the session, create a transcript of the session, and a meeting summary. This is to enhance our coaching experience, during and after the sessions. All of this data is automatically removed from Zoom after 30 days. If you choose to opt-out of using any of these features, I will not use them.

  • Payment Information:

    Credit card details, if used for payment of coaching services, which are securely processed by our payment gateway provider.

How I Use Your Information

  • To Provide Coaching Services:

    I use your information to personalize your coaching experience, track progress, and deliver relevant coaching interventions based on your specific needs and goals.

  • To improve our coaching experience and my coaching skills

    Given your authorization, I may record our coaching sessions for mentoring purposes; I will use them only to get feedback from a mentor on how I can improve my coaching skills. I may also listen back to the recording to see what I may have missed and can follow up on in our future sessions. I will not use the recordings for any other purpose.

    Given your authorization, I may activate the Transcription feature and the AI Companion feature in Zoom; the former provides a real-time transcript as the session progresses; this may help me pick up something you say without my having to ask you to repeat it. The latter will generate a Meeting Summary after our session ends, that I can share with you.

  • Communication:

    I may use your contact details to send you appointment reminders, important updates regarding your coaching plan, and occasional newsletters or promotional materials related to our services (with the option to opt-out).

  • Quality Improvement:

    I may use anonymized and aggregated data to analyze coaching trends and improve my services overall.

Sharing Your Information

  • Third-Party Service Providers:

    I may share your information with trusted third-party service providers (e.g., scheduling software, payment processors) to facilitate our coaching operations, but only to the extent necessary to perform their functions and under confidentiality agreements.

  • Legal Compliance:

    I may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect my legal rights.

Your Privacy Controls
