Enable real-time transcription in Google Meet to capture session details
Process transcripts through AI-based tools to create fuller session notes
All recordings and transcripts are used only for these purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time, and doing so will not affect your access to coaching services.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your personal information, including session notes, recordings, and transcripts, is stored securely in my Google Workspace account.
Cross-border storage: Some data may be stored or processed on servers outside Canada (e.g., in the United States).
Security measures include password-protected accounts, limited access, encrypted backups, and secure storage protocols.
6. Retention and Deletion
Recordings and transcripts are deleted once session notes are complete, typically within 30 days.
Session notes are retained only as long as necessary to provide coaching services or as required for legal or administrative obligations (e.g., invoices).
If you request deletion of your personal data, I will erase it promptly, except where retention is required for legal or administrative purposes.
