What I Offer
I provide a 60-minute complimentary Discovery Consultation, where:
You may ask any questions about coaching.
We will have a free 30-minute coaching session to give you a feel for the process.
At the end, we assess our compatibility: I want you to feel comfortable and confident before committing.
If we decide to move forward together, I offer coaching sessions of 30, 45, or 60 minutes, as well as packages of 4, 6, or 12 sessions.
Transformation takes time. A package allows us to build consistency, track progress, reflect, and adjust as needed. You also benefit from continued support and better value than purchasing individual sessions.
Coaching is an investment in yourself.

Coaching is not a replacement for mental health services.
